We believe you are the best judge of how you want to create, organize and refine your software as your needs change.

We believe you shouldn’t have to change your office routines or customer expectations to fit into a factory package.

We believe that you shouldn’t be subject to the costs and headaches associated with periodic upgrades or new versions that more times then not disrupt productivity and create lost revenue.

We believe the utility billing agency, through training, should not have to rely on a distant “expert” for assistance in daily routine problems or changes to your software that time brings.

We believe the experience of working side-by-side with Jenné Technical Services to develop your customized end product will create a knowledge based comfort level for your staff. They will help built it, they will have pride in it, and will support the implementation of it!

One final note regarding the Jenné Technical Services business philosophy – quality products and personalized service are key components to our success. We have proven that we can take all components of an existing program and tie them together into a customized software package. We don’t sell 20 to 50 packages a year, we satisfy one customer at a time. Our business philosophy of making you the expert takes a great deal of time and this just can’t be completed by selling a package and giving you a phone number for support. Each customer is our only customer through the entire 3 to 4 month conversion process. This is a key component to our business and key to your immediate and future success.
